Wandering Chopsticks

Wandering Chopsticks is the alter ego of a Vietnamese-Chinese American woman who is way too obsessed with food. My goal is to eat every ethnic cuisine, from A to Z, that Southern California has to offer. What I really need help with is finding X or Z. Any tips would be much appreciated. I also cook other letters of the alphabet as well - mainly V.
