| #11 | Alternative Depression TreatmentMy blog provides a guide to non-medical/natural treatment approaches to depression: what works, what doesn’t and how to formulate your own program for natural depression healing. I used alternative depression remedies to cure myself of a 30-year depression, and it took a long time and a lot of searching for me to find meaningful information. Most information on depression treatment that is “out there” centers on medication, but medications tend to have extensive side effects. There are equally effective natural approaches to treating depression, information on which needs to be made more widely available. Some marvelously effective processes and products are largely unknown. My blog includes treatment approaches, and discusses what can be expected in terms of results and effectiveness. I have personally used or tried many of the approaches discussed. I do not to advocate for any one approach, but help people through the process of finding what works for them. My blog goes beyond treating depression to help people become truly happy, not just “undepressed.” Having been through the recovery process, I truly understand the difference, and can help other get there. It’s amazing how different life looks when you do. My blog is a guide to getting and staying well and happy. | Report Blog Unique Visitors: 11 Pageviews: 14 Total Out: 88 View Blog details |
