Beyonce Was Amazed By Justin’s ‘Single Ladies’ Video Spoof
Beyonce Knowles spoke with Ed Lover of Power 105.1 FM about teaming up with Justin Timberlake in a 'Saturday Night Live' skit mocking her dance-heavy 'Single Ladies' video, where the former *NSYNC star had on a leotard and heels to dance in the spoof. "I still can't believe he did that!" she said. "He was incredible. By the way, we rehearsed it two times and he picked up the choreography. I know he was joking, but it was amazing, he has this photographic memory. The crazy thing is he could probably kill it if he wanted to. He's so talented and naturally funny."Tags: Justin Timberlake

Katharine McPhee Discusses Thanksgiving, Charity & ‘The View’ Appearance
Katharine McPhee checked in with her MySpace friends on Tuesday (November 18) with a bulletin discussing Thanksgiving, yourcause.com, and an appearance on 'The View'. The 'American Idol' season five runner-up writes:Hi everyone. I want first of all to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving. I know I say it every year but we really have so much to be thankful for in comparison to a lot of the world. I know people are hurting and some are struggling financially and my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone. It sort of is a weird segue then into giving but some have asked about McPhee Outreach and what is going on this year.
Please go to yourcause.com and something that is very dear to my heart is there and tells how you can get involved if you choose. It is a project I have been working on for the past year. You will see that you can donate through an organization I am using. Global Compassion is not my organization but they are helping with passing the funds directly to the ground in Africa. Please know that every dollar goes directly to the project. On this project there is no “over head.” No one gets paid and that is why am working with them. Every brick is being paid for with each dollar. Do what you can. There are also books and back packs etc to be purchased. Please put in the note if you decide to donate, McPhee Outreach.
On another note, I will be on 'The View' tomorrow. I had waited to announce it because I was not sure it was going to work out in the schedule but it did. I am helping to promote David Foster’s new CD and DVD and PBS special. It was a great show and I love working with David.
That is about it.
All my love,
kat

Art Is Therapy For Britney Spears
New clips of Britney Spears' upcoming MTV documentary 'For The Record' ahead of its premiere on November 30th. "People think that you go through something in your life and you need to go to therapy," Britney says in the first clip. "For me, art is therapy, because it's like you're expressing yourself in such a spiritual way. Sometimes you don't need to use words to go through what you need to go through."In the second clip, Britney says that her new album 'Circus' "is such a such a part of me, the record, because of what I've gone through. I think I married for the wrong reasons, instead of following my heart, and like doing it because it made me happy, I just did it because of the idea of everything."

Annie Lennox Preps For Spendenmarathon & AMA Appearances
Annie Lennox updated fans on her blog at MySpace on Tuesday (November 18). The Eurythmics singer writes:Aaarrh! The dreaded packing awaits...I'm going to Germany tomorrow for the Spendenmarathon, and after that I'm heading to LA for the AMA's....(As you do!)
I wish it could be more like "beam me up Scotty", but we're not quite there yet,are we? I get SO badly jet lagged these days, it's like having a major flu... but, it certainly keeps me busy, and out of trouble... Well, to be honest, the one thing I'd like to do more often is to spend more time in the studio. I wish there were more hours in the day, 'cause those plates sure do take some spinning, but it's all worthwhile in the end. Yesterday I had a lovely photo session and interview for a publication for Woman and Home, which will come out in Spring '09...And today I recorded a programme for BBC radio 2, about the history of the arts/music and performance on behalf of Amnesty International and "human rights" in general.
We're prepping up the SING site for DEC 1st, World Aids Day.. and laying down plans and schemes for the coming year. The fun never stops folks!
